Our CO2 Scrubbers use the latest technology in the CA Industry. With an online monitoring system, integrated portable O2/CO2 analyzers, and NH3 detection system, our customers can stay up to date on their CA equipment with ease. Direct Nitrogen Flushing (option):
For those looking to go lower in oxygen levels, we have a solution: directly flushing the CO2 Scrubber vessels prior to performing bed changes. This allows maintenance of ultra low oxygen rooms without the swing in oxygen set points seen from most carbon scrubbers.
Portable O2/CO2 Analyzers
Our state of the art portable O2/CO2 analyzers come standard in every CO2 scrubber. Easily removed, it can be used to check for manual samples at the room incase discrepancies arise.
NH3 Detection
With an onboard Ammonia Detector our CO2 scrubbers will shut down when ammonia is present and send an alarm to the operator. This helps to prevent the spread of the ammonia, and protects the CO2 scrubber from any damage.
Air System
Our air systems help to ensure that clean dry air is being delivered to the room valves and CO2 scrubbers pneumatic valves. The refrigerated dryer will drop the dew point to 35 degrees for normal operating to prevent water from getting in the system. During colder months, the desiccant container can be used to drop the dew point to further to -40. We also use filtration to remove any oil and water from the compressor.
